  • We request that the item be returned in the original condition and original packaging for a full refund.
  • If the order is returned or refunded due to our reasons (package damage, loss or receipt of the wrong product), we will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

In the email please include your order number and photos/videos documenting damages. Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
